John W. Blend, III, Goshen Capital Partners
John currently serves as Managing General Partner of Goshen Capital Partners, a private equity business with investments in renewable energy and software solutions. Prior to this position, John was Venture Partner at Insight Venture Partners for seven years, where he provided leadership in the $200 million Energy and Utility software solutions portfolio. John also served as Chairman and CEO of CES International, the leading provider of Outage Management software solutions for global utilities. John began his career as a sales executive at IBM and has served on the boards of numerous software companies. John is Founder and Chairman of Goshen Valley Foundation and is a graduate of Muhlenberg College, where he serves as a Trustee.

Bob currently serves as CyberShift's president and chief executive officer. Bob is an accomplished senior executive with more than 28 years of experience in successfully growing enterprise software and service businesses and has served at the CEO and board level for multiple software and service companies.

Mitchell L. Hollin, LLR Partners ( www.llrpartners.com )
Mitchell has been a Partner of LLR Partners since he joined the firm in 2000. LLR Partners is a Philadelphia-based private equity firm with $620 million of capital under management that focuses on investments in information technology, business services, healthcare and financial services enterprises. From 1994 until joining LLR Partners, Mitchell was a founder and Managing Director of Advanta Partners LP, a private equity firm affiliated with Advanta Corporation (NASDAQ:ADVNA). Prior to Advanta Partners, Mitchell was at Patricof & Co. Ventures, Inc. (since renamed Apax Partners), an international venture capital firm. Mitchell has served on the boards of over a dozen public and private companies, including Princeton Softech and Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY).
Brian G. Murphy, NewSpring Ventures ( www.newspringventures.com )
Brian is a General Partner of Commerce Health Ventures, General Partner of NewSpring Ventures and a Partner of NewSpring Capital, with more than 20 years of corporate management and development experience. Prior to NewSpring, Brian founded Acquisition Management Services, Inc. (AMS), a diversified corporate development advisory firm focusing on middle market companies. Brian has also founded two venture-backed startups, WordWave, a legal court reporting and broadcast captioning leader which was sold to Merrill Corp., and Precyse Solutions, a provider of medical transcription and health information services to acute care hospitals. Previously, Brian held executive positions for several healthcare service companies, most notably NovaCare, Inc., Heritage Health Systems, and Partners National Health Plans. Brian is currently Chairman of the Board for RedPath Integrated Pathology, Habit Management, and Songbird Hearing, Inc. Brian received a B.S. in science from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Scott is a Principal of LLR Partners. LLR Partners is a Philadelphia-based private equity firm with $620 million of capital under management that focuses on investments in information technology, business services, healthcare and financial services enterprises. Prior to joining LLR Partners in 2000, Scott was a Principal at Draper Triangle Ventures, the Pennsylvania-based fund of Draper Fischer Jurvetson. Previously, Scott worked at Advanta Partners, a private equity firm affiliated with Advanta Corporation (NASDAQ:ADVNA). Scott began his career in investment banking at William Blair & Company, where he advised emerging growth companies on a variety of investment banking transactions.
George Raymond, Buckland LLC
George currently serves as the president of Buckland LLC, a consulting company to the information technology industry. Previously George served as the CEO of Automatic Business Centers, a leading payroll processing company he founded and ran successfully before its sale to ADP. In addition, George co-founded Computer Services, a general-purpose data processing service company purchased by Management Data Corporation. George began his career as a management consultant with Touche Ross. His past and present directorships include Heartland Payment Systems, Atlantic Data Services, Emtec, Inc., NationsHealth Inc., Docucorp International, Balance Bar Company, BMC Software Inc., Analytical Graphics and Concord EFS.
