Ceridian Forms Agreement With CyberShift To Offer Workforce Optimization Services
- Leader In Managed Human Resource Solutions To Offer Complementary Workforce Optimization Solutions To Its HRO Clients -
PARSIPPANY, October 11, 2005 – CyberShift Inc. (www.cybershift.com), a leading provider of workforce management software and services focused on helping large, complex organizations optimize and manage the deployment of their people, announced today that it has formed an agreement with Ceridian to offer its workforce optimization solutions to select Ceridian Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) clients.
As part of the agreement, Ceridian will offer CyberShift’s advanced scheduling and time and attendance solutions to organizations as a part of Ceridian’s broader HRO offerings, which are targeted to mid-sized companies seeking to outsource multiple HR and benefits functions. The addition of the CyberShift products to Ceridian’s suite of human resource solutions will provide enterprises employing Ceridian’s HRO solutions a robust and highly scalable solution for improved productivity and workforce optimization.
Organizations in public and private sectors with complex workforce management requirements continue to seek increased control of employee resources in the areas of scheduling, productivity and cost control.
