TruTrack® Client Server Time & Attendance System

For small-to-medium size clients, or for individual locations of larger organizations, CyberShift's TruTrack Client Server Time and Attendance product is a proven performer integrating time and attendance and employee scheduling with employee entitlements and accruals, labor distribution, job tracking, access control and other critical functions. This single system puts powerful information at your fingertips for improved productivity and profitability. Equally important, TruTrack has been designed to allow user configuration to handle almost any pay rules. It also has its own built-in report writing capabilities, permitting a high degree of flexibility and ease-of-use. Full permission-based security is provided to tightly manage all access to the application based on assigned roles.
With CyberShift's TruTrack Client Server Time and Attendance product, supervisors can easily schedule their work teams using time-period based production or work schedules, which can include required positions, shifts, production lines and other factors, such as crew or departmental assignment. The system can optionally automate filling each position in the schedule with the highest ranked employee based upon availability and qualification. The system can also provide a listing of ranked employees and their availability to address unfilled positions. Once scheduled, it takes just minutes to modify and authorize the automatically produced time and attendance data. This means timely reporting, automation of repetitive tasks and increased accuracy and efficiency.
TruTrack time and attendance and employee scheduling software is a native Windows 32-bit application designed to operate with Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. TruTrack is compatible with most existing network systems and supports Oracle and Microsoft SQL as database platforms.
TruTrack has been designed to address the needs of sites ranging in size from a handful of people up to 5,000 employees. TruTrack minimizes demands on the network and workstation computers and its client-server architecture prevents data corruption due to workstation failure. TruTrack offers complete data security allowing the administrator to selectively control which users may view or change any part of the data. Users may only view or modify the data for which they have password access, so information may not be tampered with or corrupted. In addition, TruTrack produces an audit trail of all changes made by users in the system to allow continuous and accurate system monitoring and control.
