You also have the option of blocking the approval process until all receipt images required for an expense report are received; assuring that management has the receipts needed for approval and for compliance. If a user has forgotten to include a receipt, the receipt is simply faxed or scanned along with the bar-coded expense report cover page rather than requiring the user to send all of the receipts again.
Necho Expense's RDF solution gives approvers and auditors the ability to retrieve all imaged receipt versions associated with a specific expense report. This functionality provides a complete audit trail and history of all images that have been attached to the expense report for improved regulatory compliance in all business areas, including auditing, IRS rulings and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
