Implementation Programs to Meet Your Needs
CyberShift has a full range of implementation support capabilities and programs to meet the diverse needs of our clients and accommodate each client's desired timeline and level of support. Some examples of CyberShift implementation approaches and deployment options are summarized below:
- Rapid Self-Sufficiency - For clients that have moderately complex requirements or have sufficient qualified in-house staff resources, CyberShift utilizes a Rapid Self-Sufficiency model whereby we provide a comprehensive education/training curriculum allowing your team to claim ownership of the implementation while leveraging our subject matter experts to assist on only the key areas such as requirements definition and initial configuration of a "pilot" group of employees. The client organization is then able to rollout the solution to the balance of its sites or employee populations with CyberShift only being leveraged in a staff supplementation role.
- Full Support Services (100% Dedicated Implementation Team) - For clients that have more complex requirements or that have insufficient in-house resources to complete a large-scale enterprise implementation, CyberShift has the ability to provide a complete set of end-to-end consulting, implementation and integration services.
- Something in Between - while the above implementation strategies represent viable alternatives, CyberShift generally works closely with our clients to make sure that we tailor our implementation recommendations to client's specific situation and needs.
Implementation Methodology
CyberShift's Implementation Methodology provides a structured process that clearly defines the tasks, responsibilities and relevant milestone deliverables within each phase of the implementation process. CyberShift is set apart by its in-depth understanding of how to deploy complex business solutions to heterogeneous global client organizations. We are very sensitive to the fact that our suite of applications generally touches every employee throughout your enterprise. We know when to recommend fast and simple approaches and how to help you organize and successfully deploy around much larger and more complex projects that achieve very high degrees of business value, but are challenged to deliver on time and on budget. Whatever we do, the CyberShift team is focused on doing it right the first time and not just addressing your needs of today, but helping you position yourself to maximize your opportunities in the future.
Implementation Planning Session (IPS)
CyberShift suggests that every project start with an Implementation Planning Session (IPS). The objectives of the IPS are to have our respective project teams discuss and understand the specific business drivers for your organization and realistic resource commitments so that we can jointly agree on the optimal implementation approach and associated effort. The purpose of an IPS is to mutually agree on the Scope of the engagement by establishing a common understanding of the project requirements, risks, gaps and staffing levels from both organizations and other parameters.
- Design:
Design is the key to our success and our approach requires a clear understanding of your business requirements, workflow objectives and data sources before we can establish an optimal configuration model targeted to satisfy the implementation objectives as articulated in the IPS. - Configure:
In this phase we utilize our knowledge repositories and configuration tools to incorporate your business rules and processes within our systems and to establish a complete working environment for benchmarking and training. - Deploy:
At this stage the strategy focuses on rolling our product's capabilities out to your workforce and moving into a "live" processing environment. Having deployed hundreds of business solutions for large and complex global organizations since 1996, CyberShift has found that one size does not fit all. While there are many standard elements in any successful implementation, there are many factors that come into play in determining the optimal approach for implementing a solution in a complex environment. Our clients help identify where they would place themselves among the "indicators" that we take into consideration for an enterprise-class implementation. Some examples include:
In most cases, we recommend a central deployment, which tends to yield the most cost effective, controlled and manageable implementation for our larger, more complex clients. This includes a holistic approach to discovery, design, configuration and testing of the application and considers all requirements across the entire enterprise followed by a phased rollout to logical groupings of employees (i.e., by location, department, division, etc.). This approach often results in a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) due to the reduction or elimination of rework associated with a decentralized approach.
CyberShift's extensive expertise in the fields of Workforce Management and Expense Management allows us to offer advanced technology, multi-faceted functionality and flexible deployment options, including both license fee and On Demand (Software-as-a-Service) models to meet an organization's needs.
